Using the ontology

How are we going to link a symptom to a case?

Case 152 instance_of Dengue fever case Case 152 hasClinicalFinding Fever

The other link that is need it is to IAO as in Thrombocytopenia < 100,000 platelets in a 18 year person or Fever > 37 degrees Celsius
